1. Returns
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Due to the sacred nature of shaligrams, returns are only accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Unpacking video of product is must for eligibility for returns and refund to ensure that the product was not damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders
- Damaged items due to customer handling
- Items that have been used or altered after delivery
- Orders of which customer is not able to provide the unboxing or unpacking video. Unpacking video is must for applying returns and refund.
2. Refunds
Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, have missing parts, or are returned after the [number]-day period.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [buysshaligram@gmail.com].
4. Shipping
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
